2nd Birthday Party Cake
We had a big 2nd birthday party for our daughter on Saturday. I made her a special Neapolitan-Minnie Mouse inspired cake: 1st layer - Martha Stewart's 1 Bowl Chocolate Cake, 2nd Layer - Billie's Vanilla Vanilla Bean, 3rd Layer - Billie's Vanilla Vanilla Bean coloured pink and flavoured with Almond Extract. Butter cream throughout (corresponding to cake layers) and iced with fondant. Yum!
